I created a wikispace for class discussion. Students will often be given the opporrtunity to continue discussions started in class as well reflect upon various readings and video clips.
The AP U.S. Gov't & Politics curriculum is broken up into six units. For each unit, students will be assigned 1-2 wiki posts. For most reading assignments, I divide the class into two groups. Group one consists of about five students who write a reflection on the reading and develop discussion questions. Group two is made up of the remainder of the class. These students respond to their peer's posts.
